You felt that you're going into some sort of crisis. This is because you are not looking at your own emotions. If you were they would just go around in circles. The moon makes us feel very strange for it causes us to have delusions and illusions. This is because at night time everything looks very different and that is what the moon is telling you, you're just seeing things differently. It's causing you to feel muddled and mixed up for you haven't got the clarity of being able to see things in the broad daylight so that is how you're mental and emotional thoughts and feelings have been. Now you can see where the mix ups have happened. In order to get a positive perspective back, your emotions need an outlet. You need to communicate what your thoughts and feelings are. Perhaps you need to write it down or you need to communicate to another person. Someone you trust. It could even be personal or professional. If you feel that's not an option, write down how you feel and what you're thinking. It needs an outlet. Once you've got these thoughts and feelings out the moon will pass by and daylight will come back into your life. You'll have a brighter and lighter perspective. you've just got stuck for a little while. You know how to sort it out. You need the clarity back by communicating your emotions, they need an outlet. Once you've done this you'll have a better perspective.
