so strive only to be mindful
turn back to look within
whenever delusions
become the enemy
look deep into yourself
when the suffering seems endless
use a gentle voice and
your shadow will be stronger
use your truth and breath
to avoid the cause of sorrow
when wandering through the mist
for the world can change
in an instant and
your path could become
vague again
don't settle for better
settle for healed
