Relationships are not simple and come in all kinds of shapes and sizes. 

We have family connections, friendship pals, work encounters and love relationships.  It is true that no two relationships are the same and for that reason there is not one fix or one reason why something works and something doesn’t.  You could see similarities between relationships just as you do in people you connect with, but ultimately the course of the connection will not be the same.  There is an interesting question people ask when it comes to relationships and that has to do with a person from the past that keeps coming back or reconnecting.  They wonder why they can’t let the situation go.

Often when someone from your past keeps popping up, there is something significant that you may be missing going on between you and that person.  This is referred to as a karmic connection and there is a situation that needs to be resolved between you and this person.  It isn’t always a marriage.  Sometimes you are supposed to learn something from each other and through the course of a courtship lose sight of the lesson and so the cycle begins again.  It may be to learn to be a friend to this person instead of a lover.  Whatever the reason, they usually come back until the karmic lesson has been met.

On a similar note, you may feel like you are experiencing the same relationship with more than one person.  The pattern of the relationship is the same and the issues are the same and you feel like you are redoing the same relationship with someone else.  This can happen because the karmic lesson hasn’t been learned and the Universe or powers that be are directing you through the karmic lesson with another person.               

Sometimes we draw the same kinds of people to us for the same reason and this can be good or bad.  You feel a familiar connection and so you are drawn to that individual.  Just remember that for the most part nothing happens by accident, things are happening because they are supposed to and you are where you are supposed to be. 

Try to roll with it and energy will open up and you will feel less opposition in your encounters.
