Book Week: My Creative Thoughts

My Creative Thoughts - CoverI have the honour of sharing the wisdom of a book which I contributed to called "My Creative Thoughts". This book was inspired by a group of the most inspired Global Authors including myself. It received recognition as "Expert Insights Publishing Award 2015".

The following quotes are from world famous authors that contributed to the book.

"Dreams that are the expression of your purpose and your mission are usually the most profound. We could say that standing in your purpose is where the quality of your dreams and the quality of your life will change."

Marcia Wieder, Co-Author, Founder and CEO of Dream University

"If everyone were taught to make stories out of moments in their lives as a problem-solving tool, they could easily take stock of the present, plan for the future, and/or solve an immediate problem."

Professor Marilyn Horowitz, Co-Author, International Best-Selling Author

"When you do something just to make money, it is almost always the wrong decision. There's got to be something else driving you. It's got to be fun. You've got to be giving back. You've got to be helping people. If you do that, then the money will follow."

Rick Frishman, Co-Author, Publisher, Best-Selling Author

"I learned you don't have to have bruises to have been abused. I was taught I had to understand that it's my responsibility to keep others happy and safe by giving them things they want to have from me. I had to keep myself safe by pretending, lying, being good in sports, and keeping the secrets. I have since learned this wasn't my job, but it was a smart thing to do, because I was only a kid."

Kaylan Daane, Co-Author, International Best-Selling Author

"When you do what you love, and you do it in the company of visionaries and household names, you become an instant expert in your field. You owe it to the world to get your story out in a book."

Viki Winterton, Author, Founder of Expert Insights Publishing

"There’s a unique relationship between the hand and brain, sparked by the composition of thoughts and ideas. Words are representations of ideas; the formation of letters and causes the mind to compose or re-compose ideas while writing a journal. This strengthens previously covered information and forces you to engage in cognitive recall.

Writing a journal is a great way to practically become aware of our thoughts, gives us a chance to relive our positive achievements and contemplate our next move. As one relives their self esteem, their point of attraction attracts more reason for success. Making a journal reaffirms our abilities and positive attributes. In the process of my own daily work, I found the writing a journal helped me release endorphins and dopamine, which in turn created confidence in all I do.

As one gets use to daily journal, one will experience healing emotional, physical and psychological negativeness in their life. Ever since reading Julia Cameran, morning pages and using writing to discover what thoughts I was entering, I started to become aware that thoughts become things and our projected thoughts are the root cause of our life experiences. Keeping a journal requires Strength Your Self-Discipline.

When one set time aside to write, whether morning or evening, it is an act of discipline. It allows one to focus on what is important.  A self-help manual and a rigorous analysis of the psychology of motivation solve your motivational problems, by understanding how the mind works.

Emotional Intelligence is the ability to perceive and manage your emotions.  Making a journal is an outlet for processing emotions and increases self-awareness. This internal familiarity becomes a bridge of empathy, where insights are received and are transformed. You’ll better intuit and understand what others are experiencing and have access to replay your life decisions. You will reprogram your mind from whatever possible negative mindset you may have now, into a completely positive river to sail your ambitions into the future... Your mind shifts from holding you back to beginning your work toward your dreams.

Great leaders like Winston Churchill, Oprah, and others are known for writing in journals and writing out their plans. As they knew what one focus on and given belief, will manifest. You will now have that same kind of power when you use the "Law of Attraction" journal.

If you want to be inspired and motivated by creating a positive and constructive thoughts that could changed your insights and brighten up your life, please check the link for the book I contributed my thoughts and ideas here.
