It's about needing to defend yourself emotionally and spiritually and to see yourself as somebody who is separate and a true individual. It's looking at your goals and your values and making sure that you're heading towards them in a very positive way. You will learn to be sensitive to yourself and to others and to have a realistic acceptance of your own limitations.
