It's certainly time to review all things from your material world. This includes your spending; your savings and going through your statements, accounts and invoices possibly with somebody who is professional and can advise you on a strategy to sort this out. Guilt and pessimism will not sort things out for you - you have to be diligent and dutiful and the more detailed you are the better. You've got to lay some very firm foundations and that will bring about a complete change in your material world. The more practical and matter of fact you are the better. It's time to keep your feet firm on the ground and take a very practical approach. You will succeed.
