This needs to be the simplest and humblest of things that bring about personal happiness, whether that is to investigate a new hobby such as something as random as astronomy or whether to look at something as humble as taking a walk in the country, the park or by the beach. It's about getting you involved and getting you thinking of what you want to do next.
