You have chosen Hermit and the 8 of Swords. The 8 of Swords shows you are feeling restricted, but this is just mentally - there is nothing physical about your restriction. You are unfortunately a victim of your own circumstances here. You're feeling tied up with no way to turn. You know you should have sort out this matter much sooner than this. You've let it get out of proportion and now matters are not being seen clearly again but this time the problem is worse. You really need to take off the blindfold and see things as they really are. You need to break down the components and see the ultimate structure of what you want. By putting the components together you can see a plan and a strategy of where you're going. By choosing to just bungle along, you're ending up nowhere, feeling out of control and looking with a negative attitude at the fact that you really feel that you're restricted and you have no choices. You have several choices. What you need to know is what you want and, most importantly, what you don't want. Then you need to put the pieces together so that you can see the structure of what it is you want for yourself and how you're going to get there. You have chosen to let things happen and not to be in control. The Hermit is here to help you re-establish control. You can now establish control which will help you with your work and with your inner strength and matters of your well being for you must look at your past and look at what you've done and who was involved. It is not a time for blame, it is time to mourn and look back and remember and to be sad that certain things have gone and will no longer return. However, now you're able to look at the people who inspired you and were mentors within your life and to look to the advice they would have given you rather than looking at the present and the people there. If you look back to the people from your past you can reclaim the thoughts, words, wisdom, knowledge and actions of those people who inspired you to feel that you were capable of achieving what you wanted for yourself. The Hermit is asking you to reclaim control by looking back in thoughts and emotion to times when you were inspired by others, and to look at the wealth of wisdom and knowledge that you gained and understood from that experience and to apply it to your present.
