By having a goal in mind you can then piece together the individual components that are necessary to bring things together. You need to make sure that your strategy works towards your goal you've lost sight of this you're stumbling along getting more and more tired and so you're not at maximum potential even though you feel you're giving maximum output. It's time for you to delegate, to realize you can't do everything on your own, and to realize you need a little bit more time. Stop trying to hurry and finish something that is impossible to come through any earlier than it is intended to.
