You have chosen the Devil and the 10 of Swords. The Devil is a card of temptation which deals with our status and reputation. Sometimes it causes us to be tempted to go the wrong way in life. We put ourselves into an emotional bondage situation where we feel we're trapped, for we put ourselves into a predicament in which we feel responsible for everybody around us. You are someone that's caused yourself to feel betrayed and humiliated by the actions of a large group of people. Now, there's nothing physical within this loss but you feel that you've been taken for a ride, as if you're being made a scapegoat. You've been stabbed in the back by these people and they don't care, they just want more, but you've realised this is unethical and that you were really, really unhappy. You now need to prefer your own company than to be involved with people who are coming from a very negative place. The Devil is all about being involved with people who lead us into greedy ways and tempt us into ways that we feel are slightly unethical. You may have felt ruled or even dominated by them, but there are things you can do. You can alleviate this pressure by walking away. You know that this was a stagnant situation and it really has backfired but this is it; it's over now, you've made a decision and you're choosing to move on and not to get involved in negative affairs. You're now deciding to stick to something that's a path that you feel is honest, where there are no quick fixes. You're now looking for a much more positive attitude towards life and you need to sort out all your spending and your finances and to get back on track. You've been too extravagant and you've really worked with people whom you felt were high achievers or somebody special. Status and reputation is what enslaves us into material desires and cares of this world, but you've made a mistake. You've realised now that you can move forwards and leave this sorry affair behind you and walk towards a brighter future, for you've taken control and that took courage. You realise that you don't need to be a slave to anything to do with money and that you can enjoy life for free with some simple, humble things. It's time to manage your money and to budget accordingly.
