You have chosen the Devil and the Page of Swords. The Devil is a card that is about temptation, so it shows that we can sometimes be a little bit too materialistic and sometimes a little bit greedy; it's to do with the physical aspects of life and wanting a material gain. It also deals with our sexual needs and our desires. It seems a bit of a naughty card, for we put ourselves in emotional bondage by tying ourselves to things we feel enslaved to, as if we've got an addiction. Remember: if you play with fire, you get your fingers burnt. The temptation that you are experiencing at the moment is to move on in the world and to have better than you have right now. You're being very materialistic, but your ideas are in their infancy and unfortunately you do not yet have enough knowledge and maturity to get very far. You need more of a plan, more experience of life. This is a new start. These problems are irritating you and are very annoying, but they are only minor setbacks. If you're really determined you can work you way through all these obstacles. Do not be tempted to try and take a short cut, for you really do need the experience that will be provided for you along the journey. By missing out these lessons you will only find that if you skip your way to the top that you will have no knowledge of something very small that is causing you concern and blocking your path later. If you deal with it now, you will learn how to cope with future obstacles that get in your way, so do not be tempted to skip these lessons just for the status of getting to the top quickly. Your reputation will be far more favourable and admirable when people realise that you've worked hard and deserve, truly deserve, the rewards that go with your plans' success.
