You have chosen the Devil and the Ace of Swords. The Devil card is about temptation. It deals with our destiny, our status and our reputation. It's a very materialistic and physical card. It's about the addictions we all have within our life, but the Ace of Swords is telling us that you have a new way of thinking. You're cutting way from what is no longer productive or of any use to you any more. Your new way of thinking is a new idea. It will deal with a new beginning for you, where you are using your willpower and thoughts to make sure that you do not get waylaid. The Devil card works with the star sign Capricorn, and this is all about the emotional bondage that you put yourself into. You've realised that there are some things that are no longer of any purpose to your life. You want to sort out these matters so that temptation does not lead you off the path that you have chosen for yourself, for you have worked out that the restrictions that you put yourself into have proved to be a struggle: you have tested the waters. You've been slower acquiring the experience and you've endured lots of failures as well as success, but you're now becoming someone who is more astute and worldly. You're becoming harder to fool, but you still have this passion to break free and explore something that is exciting. You've now got to look at self-control and self-worth and bring in a sense of responsibility towards yourself and your family. You need the strength and the discipline to keep working towards your goal and not to go off-track into old habits that are out of date, which you've realised set you off-track and just leave you feeling restless and frustrated - as if you've taken two steps back. The emotional binds that you used to put yourself into were to do with the way you thought. You were not focussed and direct. You did not cut away from the things that distracted you. You are now focussing on work and realising that you have to be very disciplined in order to keep on track, and to discipline the pleasurable side of life to a minimum, for you have a plan and a goal that you must achieve. However, that goal mustn't cause you to be distracted or to take you off the entire course. This new way of thinking is sharp and focussed but at this stage it is still so new you really need to put it into action for at this stage in time, it's still an idea.
