Accept that human beings are different characters and you're strengths will help you particularly when it comes to communicating with other individuals who are not as like minded as you, particularly when it comes to your career. For this is where you simply cannot understand that other people do not treat the project in the same hearty manner with the same drive, enthusiasm and energy as you. Work hard on your patience and your perseverance and you'll be able to manage a small team where you have an understanding as a boss that no one will ever work as hard as you.
