You make a great diplomat and peacemaker in both your personal and professional world, because you have such a willingness to harmonise rather than antagonise. you're great at strategy and you're able to make small compromises for the sake of your long term goals. you're able to negotiate with skill, diplomacy, spontaneity and hard work. It is this quality that helps you convince other people that such behaviour is either fair or just. You are always prepared to back up and fight not for your personal needs, but for those around you who you feel were not treated fairly and have no way of not speaking up for themselves. The belief is that you can be more decent and fair that we already are and so you would work best in matters where you fight for your principles and causes on behalf of others.
