Sometimes all that hard work and dedication may give you nothing in the end. it's the people around that matter just as much as the work or maybe you're shirking work and finding it very hard to become motivated. Either way this frustration must be discussion. It's all about communications and getting things in balance. Make sure with communication that things are in harmony and balance. Maybe the other person does anything for a quiet life and tries to be happy around you. It's time to discuss things and make any amends necessary to get things back on an even keel. It'll certainly be worth it. After all the misunderstandings usually mean that you didn't realise that you were putting others before yourself. It's time to get some balance, harmony and fun into your life. don't take your obligations too seriously. Make some time for enjoyment too.
