If it's not retirement then it's time for a transformation of your image and your identity and the way that you lead your life. What you were doing in the past is no longer productive or positive. This could be to do with a relationship with your friends and your family, your job or an enterprise that you've always wanted to do but either way you need to look back over what you've done so that you can feel proud of yourself and make plans based on the past that are leading towards a positive future. Time to let go and move on.
