Toxic Relationships And Cord Cutting

One thing that keeps reoccurring during readings is being in love with a toxic person.
Most people are not aware of the complexities of issues such as personality disorders such as NPD or Narcissistic Personality Disorder. This condition cannot be treated but accounts for a lot of destructive and traumatic breakdown of relationships. This can be explained in more detail by exploring online but here we are looking at steps to release the pain of relationships that have ended.
Trauma bonding is 'remaining connected to unhealthy relationships'...unable to.move on.
Cord cutting is a meditative exercise to cut those psychic bonds. This involves visualisation imagining both of you with a thin etheric chord connected to each other. With meditation and focusing...the chord can be cut...allowing you both to break free and move forward.
It's cathartic for you especially and allows freedom for your soul and onward journey. This can all be found online but I specialise in this so happy to assist.
