The secret is learning to trust and listen to your intuition. The more we focus on our intuition the more accurate and powerful it becomes.
Connecting deeper to our intuition via relaxation or meditation can allow the connection with mind body and spirit to grow.
Intuition gives us a physical sensation i.e. those nervous tummies or anxiety...this comes from the subconscious and arguably higher guidance.
We have all had experiences of Knowing something was going to happen...or thinking of someone when they phone you...or an uncomfortable feeling about someone new.
Our intuition utilises the subconscious and past experiences coupled with higher guidance too often give us the heads up on decisions to be made.
So try developing your intuition and let it help and guide you.
