Tapping Therapy

Most of us are familiar with that sinking feeling in the pit of the stomach after encountering a rude shop assistant, or pounding headache after a stressful day at work.  But before reaching for the gin bottle, why mot try a safe, holistic alternative by tapping all your troubles away.

The tapping therapy  also known as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) , works by simply tapping  acupuncture points on your face, wrists and fingers.  It is used by both  conventional and holistic therapists, but it's beauty is that you can easily learn to do it yourself.  Tapping releases trauma held in various parts of your body and trains the bread to release it. It can be used to help you cope with day to day stresses and more serious conditions like depression, anxiety and post traumatic stess disorder. It also can work alongside conventional medicine to alleviate symptoms of conditions exacerbated by stress, such as asthma and migraines.

Take a look at the tapping websites or youtube to watch the free demonstration videos and you'll soon be tapping  all your troubles away!
