Subconscious - Tuning In

Connecting and tuning into your psychic energy and subconscious can be controlled once you are aware of this energy and that you may be blocking messages without even knowing you are. Some of my first psychic experiences were through dreams. I had several prophetic dreams and as I had them, the timeline of the predictions came closer. I always knew things during waking hours, but the dreams led me to interpret and focus in on the messages I was receiving.
Dreams help us work out issues in our everyday lives that we may not be dealing with during our waking hours. They can be symbolic or prophetic. When we have prophetic dreams, they usually predict a situation that is coming, while symbolism in our dreams helps guide us through issues that we aren’t dealing with while we are awake, but that need to be worked through, like a deep cleansing mask, we are pulling out what is underneath.
Either way when I instruct people in developing their psychic abilities, one of the first things I work on with them is through their dreams or subconscious mind. Here is how you can begin to tune in and harness that energy.
Before you go to sleep, try to clear your mind, and then focus on an issue or question that you would like to know the answer to. Then go to sleep. The answer to the question should come to you upon awaking, either in a dream or you will just know it in the morning. This doesn’t always happen the first night, but if you try this exercise three nights consecutively, by the third morning you should have your answer. This can occur in a subconscious way that you feel relieved or better, but are not aware that it is because your issue is resolved. So, this is a great way to let messages come to you as well. If you don’t have a question but just want to connect, do the same thing and see what messages or feelings you have within the three day period. Remember, it is really important to clear your mind, so that you are open to the messages coming to you. This is a great way to help you become more in tune with yourself and everyone and everything around you.
