Struggling To Be The Best We Can

6th June 2016
How often do we nurture? Do we worry about whether we're doing a good enough job? It can be hard, we make sacrifices every day and do seemingly thankless tasks. When we feel like this we need to draw on our inner strength and confidence and hopefully it won't be long until we see our rewards. Luckily our worries are usually unfounded. People know we're doing our best even if they don't say anything to us.

Changes and cycles effect our lives, but we adapt and carry on, doing our best, getting the job done. To help get through hard times, it's worth trying to be in charge of our emotions: to think before we speak, and calmly approach any problems that come our way. Be sympathetic and helpful towards others, and try to treat people fairly.

You may need to act as a mediator between other people who aren't able to see eye to eye, or maybe you'll be giving out advice. However you interact with someone, try to do so with care and empathy, bringing harmony and love to those around you. See the best in others, and encourage them to show their best sides too. If we all try harder to be a good example to others, maybe we can change the world a little at a time.
