Remote Viewing

Remote viewing can be practised by anyone. It is a natural human ability that takes conscious awareness and practice. It works through the *Law of Attraction*; the thoughts you send out return to you as visual images.

Before remote viewing can begin, the remote viewer needs a focus, a point that is offered in several ways. When someone asks a question about a specific location for a missing object - a lost child, a pet, etc., the viewer will tune into the pet, missing object - and should be able to describe the area immediately around it. The viewer will have to notice the images around, such as inside a draw or cupboard, papers, outside description of a house, area, water etc. The viewer will have to notice images that come to mind, which can only prove accurate on inspection.

Fundamentally, remote viewing is actually a form of clairvoyance, following a set of rules. The viewer must be blind to the location being viewed. Clear objectives are laid out and, unlike clairvoyant reading where the client is involved and often in the same room or the end of a phone, remote viewing is, as the name suggests, conducted remotely.

The remote viewer sees the images as if they are imagining them, except that the pictures entering the mind really exist and are not simply memories or fictional places. It's important to note the difference between viewing fiction and reality; this only comes with practice, as does the ability to maintain a clear and focused mind, so that personal feelings or ideas do not affect the accuracy of the viewing. Anyone can have a go. All you need is practice and patience because these dormant abilities are buried deep in our subconscious minds. Visualisation exercises and meditation are necessary elements in helping remote viewing as they improve mind, body relaxation.
