Moon in Virgo - Time of the Truth Bringer

Moon in Virgo - Time of the Truth Bringer

The super full moon is at 5.57pm GMT on 9th March. Check your local time depending on where you are located.

This moon is also known as the Worm Moon as it occurs at the time of the year when the soil begins to soften enough for worms to surface.

2020 is a powerful year. There are six eclipses instead of the usual four along with six super moons this year. Three are super full moons, the other three are new moon super moons.

We are living in a powerful and transformative time.

This is a potent full moon that challenges us to confront our inner worlds, our true intentions and our sense of self worth. It’s also conducive to reflect on and address any work and life imbalances.

This Worm Moon has a strong impact on relationships.

Whether you are single or in a relationship, this full moon may catalyse any hidden desires, intentions or motives that haven’t yet been expressed or recognised.

Are you speaking and living your truth or are you mirroring the expectations of others?

Equally significant is that Neptune, the planet of Mysticism, Dreams, Intuition, Imagination & Delusions is in Pisces which is opposing (180 degrees) this Virgo full moon.

This is a challenging and important time to separate the truth from the myths.

Any old scripts, patterns and life stories that we have created in the past as coping mechanisms may no longer be conducive and may be falling away. Someone once said: Our wound is where our genius is.

It’s time to release any past fears, grievances, dogma and belief systems that are holding you back from expressing and living your full potential.

Now is the time to attune to your creative and spiritual goals. Trust in your heart and power to self actualise and let your imagination and intuition guide you!

Joseph Campbell, the famous mythologist and author had a memorable quote about trusting in your ability to move forward: "The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek."
