Live For The Moment

To be happy and content one has to be living in the moment. If you are living in the past you may well have regrets, depression over past events could haunt you causing sadness. Looking too far into the future can scare and frighten some people, unless you are looking to a bright future with hope. No to be truly at peace and to find that inner happiness one must live in the moment because only by living in the now can one be truly content.
