Are you ready to live and be alive?
Are you ready to face and embrace YOU?
The beauty, the ugly, the good, the bad ?
The shadow, the fool, the happy, the sad?
The mother, the father, the son, the daughter?
The spirit of earth, air, fire and water?
Life, death, rebirth and life?
The husband, the lover, the friend, the wife?
Can you handle your actions, your feelings, your body, your mind and your soul?
Do you have faith in the universe that you are here for a specific goal?
Are you ready to stop playing the blame, shame game?
Are you ready to see that we are all one and the same?
Are you ready to take responsibility and be accountable for each and every one of your deeds?
Do you have faith that the universe is meeting all your needs?
"Know thyself" it has been said
For it is then that we can put all our ghosts to bed
At the centre of your being you're as calm as a still lake
Seeing what is real and seeing what is fake
If you know yourself inside and out
Then it really doesn't matter what others scream and shout
Know thyself
Be thyself
