Karma
I have touched on this before with the Karmic Universal Laws, but Karma plays out every single day of our lives.
Karma is both good and bad, depending on if you are positive or negative and if you wish good or bad on others. You will have heard the phrases ‘what goes round comes round’ … ‘you reap what you sow’ and it’s certainly true. If you think negatively, then you will attract negativity. You will attract other people that are negative, you will attract negative things into your life and you will live a negative life.
If you become more positive about life, then again, you will attract positivity. The more positivity in your life, the better things will be around you. If you do good, then you will receive good.
If you cannot do either then do neither; take the middle ground. This is the area I call ‘leave it to fate and what will be will be’. However, with this approach you still have to be mindful of your thoughts and their actions and consequences.
If you imagine Karma as being a circle, you begin at the top of the circle. You send out positive thoughts to others and that thought will go all around the circle and eventually come back to you If you send negative thoughts, they will eventually come back to you to.
This is really important for your own development. The lesson to learn is that some things in life are not worth the negativity that they create. Sometimes you have to rise above the negative behaviour of others and come from a place of love, not discord, ego or pride.
Rising above the negativity will always stop it in its track and often even if you have had a fall out with someone, even if they are being negative, by not reacting and instead sending love and healing energy to that person, you stop that negativity in its track as your light will outshine their darkness. The negativity cannot affect you as you are coming from a good place. Positivity destroys negativity!
We are all down here on earth to soul develop and developing to the level that you come from a place of positivity and love is always a good thing. It will mean you are not bogged down by the things that hold others back, but it also means your own spiritual development is increasing as to hold onto pride and ego are human, not spiritual traits. Always try to come from a place of light and yes, love also.
Think of Alexander Pope’s famous saying ‘To err is human, to forgive is divine’.
