Through meditation you can evoke the spiritual realm in a loving way. This will help you to travel though many lives and can help you understand who you truly are. You will be working with your higher self, working in the spiritual network with your spirit guides. No matter what you learn and discover, know you are safe and being healed in a cleansing light.
