Discover More About Criticism

Every criticism we receive is an opportunity for us to grow spiritually.  To be open to criticism takes greater courage than we realise. To be open and out in the open therefore takes great courage because as soon as we put ourselves out there, guess what? :-) We are open to all, including criticism. To take it one step further in which we allow ourselves to be criticised with humility, compassion and understanding, taking it with a view to accepting and bettering ourselves and developing and yet NOT criticising anything or anyone - THAT really is a substantial step to mastery, enlightenment, wisdom, compassion and acceptance of all.

All that ever was, all that is, all that will be. It is all happening all at once. It is all one. All in perfect universal order. By taking regular time out to have some time in allows us to process such criticisms, accept and release them.
